Batavia Arrack replaces classic rum in this version of a Hemingway Daiquiri, giving it a surprising funky note. Really recommended!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz               By the Dutch Old Genever
1 oz               Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz           Simple Syrup
                     Soda

 

                           

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well all ingredients, except the soda water, with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda.
