Champagne Snowball

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml / 2oz “By the Dutch” Advocaat
  • 60ml / 2oz – Brut Champagne
  • 30ml / 1oz – Fino Sherry
  • 15ml / 0,5oz – Rose’s lime cordial
  • Garnish: Lime zest twist and dust with chocolate powder
  • Glass: Flute

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour Champagne into an ice-filled glass. Shake last ingredients with ice and strain over Champagne. Rich thick creamy egg yolk freshened with dry sherry, zesty lime cordial and invigorated with Champagne.
Note: The Rose’s cordial can be replaced for 10ml / 0,34oz simple syrup and 5ml / 0,17oz fresh lime juice
