INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml / 1.5oz “By the Dutch” Batavia Arrack
  • 45ml / 1.5oz “By the Dutch” Advocaat
  • 10ml / 0.34oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes “By the Dutch” Ginger Bitters
  • Ginger Beer to top
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Stick & Candied Ginger
  • Glass: Highball

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake all but ginger beer with plenty of ice. Strain in an ice-filled Highball glass. Top with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and candied ginger.
