Arrack Ginger Daisy


 

A Batavia revision of the classic Daisy mix

 

INGREDIENTS

2 oz                          BTD Aged Batavia Arrack
1/2                            Lemon
2 teaspoons            Sugar
2 tablespoon          Pineapple syrup
                                Ginger Ale

                           

INSTRUCTIONS

In a wine glass filled with fresh ice, gently pour Batavia Arrack, the juice extracted from half a lemon, sugar and pineapple syrup. Stir together all the ingredients and top up with ginger ale.
