Dutch Apple
A powerful winter potion
Ingredients
2 parts ‘By the Dutch’ Old Genever
2 parts Apple cider
1 part Honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
1 dash ‘By the Dutch’ Classic Bitters
Intructions
In a small pot, combine the Old Genever, the cider and the honey syrup. Heat over the stove just until it simmers. Pour into a Brandy Snifter glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick, for extra spice notes.
